Typically the SRS/ Air Bag modules needs to be replaced with a new one and programmed via a purchased OE subscription from a Windows 10 laptop and J2534, but you could try a used one under programmable module installation if the original one can still communicate.

First disconnect any self powered J2534 or VCI, Never physically be messing with or swapping out an airbag module while the battery is still connected, especially if  the SRS module isn't level and case grounded.  Disconnect the battery and wait up to 5 minutes before you do actual swapping of SRS parts or modules.
